Big sound while turning the steering wheel , this sound came after fitting brand new Bilstein b6 shocks . I had changed cv joint and the struct mount , bearing two times , the sound goes after replacing these parts and come after 3 days .

This sound is coming from the right side , the spring is slipping

Please check the video , this video is taken in cold start , it will sounds more after 2km.

All mechanics and technicians have no idea about this
