Interior door handle LED replacement?

Had to replace my nearside rear doorcard with a secondhand one but on fitting discovered that the little rectangular led light that sits in the bottom of the handle cup is not working. Anyone know what it is and where I can get a replacement. I asked Skoda and the said they couldn't find it on their system!

    Garage threw it away before I realised it had bust! :(
