Help for Fluid Leak Please

Hello there I was sent here from pistonheads looking for a bit of help with my new to me skoda superb 1.8t , I purchased my 06 25k miles skoda superb a week ago and a did my usual checks over the vehicle which revealed that the power steering fluid was below the min mark , as was the engine oil. As this was from a main dealer I would have assumed that these as had been checked over as part of their service.

Anyway I topped up the engine oil with some 5w30 that I had in , but I didn't have any VW spec steering fluid. I thought then that I would service the car and removing the engine over has revealed a leak of some kind.

So if you please what could this be that is leaking? I want to report this to the dealer asap , I have already mentioned that it was not good enough to provide a vehicle that had not been checked! Would this worry you? The oil is collecting on the air conditioning pump I think and dripping from the two pipes
