Lemforder wishbones/balljoints

Featured Replies

Are these the exact same thing you would get from TPS or a dealer?  Ive heard a few arguments in either corner

Guess Ill see what part numbers are on them when they turn up.

Advisory one of the front wishbone bushes was deteriorating so going to get Fabia solid axle bushes and new wishbones/balljoints up front :)

Yep Lemforder is OEM. They just grind the Audi VW logo off.

Aftermarket Lemforder is way different than the OE Lemforder.

Hmmmm

i brought these and put superpro bushes into these no problem

much better solution  :D

Recently bought some Lemforder front suspension parts for my A4 from ECP, & the Audi VW logo hadn't been ground off fully on one part!!  My mechanic said it isn't unusual to still see the VAG logo.

I'm curious were they were made,I see more and more Lemforder parts made in Taiwan

I fitted Lemforder ball joints and track rod ends from ECP to my Golf, I can say they are perfectly fine, the car has been hammered around many circuits on track days, sliding, clipping kerbs and being driven hard and I have seen no issue at all.

I am sure they will be fine for what you need and probably no different to many of the other makes available as I would guess they all have to be made to a standard that they have to pass before they can be sold for use.

Ill let you know where they were made when they arrive - hopefully this week.  As long as I get a good few years fairly light use out of them Ill be happy.
