Brake pad wear warning light ?

Featured Replies

Hi all i recently had the brake pad wear warning light turn on looking at the back pads I thought it was because of them.I changed the back pads and noticed there is no sensors so still the light is on.The front pads look fine but is there sensors on them ?

Why do they only have it at the front then ? And is it only one side ?

Edited by Jayson

Fronts are more critical as they do most of the braking and they assume that the fronts will wear at the same rate both sides.
