Columbus - My destinations

Featured Replies

I have a new Skoda Scout with the Columbus navigation system.  I bought it in part because my hobby is photography and I can end up driving up and down roads that are little more than tracks. I am having some issues with the navigation system and any help would be appreciated.

I can enter points that I wish to drive to, by entering latitude and longitude.  I can save these with a suitable name in "My destinations". If I then try to create a tour these places can be selected by name but then appear in the tour as their latitude and longitude coordinates. Is there a way to make them appear with the name I've given them?

Secondly (and even more annoyingly) when I try to add some of the points I get a "check address" screen - I don't know the address, the place probably doesn't have one - Is there a way to bypass this screen and make the Columbus unit accept the coordinates that I've entered?
