Brand new with receipt - only bought last week

I bought this as a present, but turns out someone else already bought the same item and beat me to it.

Item is still boxed and unopened

I sold my HTC a couple years back on here for a similar price, had no issues, so it's fair to say in a trusted seller (I've also bought and sold various other items over the past few years I've been a member on here)

If it's unopened and only a week old, you should be able to take it back to the shop / send it back to the online store for a refund. I've done it with some items in the past and not had issues
