single to double iso lead

Hi People i have got hold of a double din sat nav radio unit for my 2004 superb 1.9 TDI PD 130  

now the new unit i have is a DX unit can anyone tell me what ISO lead i will need ??  i am not to good with electrics 

also where could i if any one hear knows get the map CD for the unit??
