MAXIMUM heater HI output poor

Always thought my 2006 PD105 BKC heater was lame so I'm not looking forward to winter again... it's already 10°C in a Scottish July!

Would any other diesel owners like to get their car up to temp and see how hot a thermometer gets in the centre vent with heater on HI?

I haven't done so myself but will do so next opportunity I have and will post my results showing external, engine and vent temps.

I have dual zone climatronic.

Tool kit foam insert

Bit of a long shot here. I have very recently bought a 66 plate Superb estate, which came with a steel 16" spare in the boot. It also came with the foam insert and tool kit for the 18" wheel, which obviously doesn't work. Does anyone have the foam insert from an old 16" sat around that they would be prepared to sell? The garage I bought from were not the most helpful, and I don't think that is likely to change any time soon. Cheers in advance.

Hi I am thinking of getting a Elrok as our first ev replacing or Karoo. Looking at the edition model 85. I wondered if there were any real world views from owner about their experience especially if the first ev owned. Secondly I have been offered an 82kw Elrok from a dealer in stock but another dealer has 84KW available in the next month or so from another. This confused me slightly as these numbers seem to be used interchangeably can anyone confirm provide any guidance/advice on the best opt

Hi all, Anyone else getting repeat Infotainment updates that don't appear to be installing, I'm getting this problem on my 2024 Superbs Infotainment unit nearly every day, when I look on the Information tab I can see the updates and when it says they're installed, and a prompt to say the installation will be active the next time the car is started, so all looks correct. But literally the next day I'll get another message on the screen to say updates are available and ready to install, and the sa

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it.
