Hi all just to say high and some advice if possible please.

Me problem is ave got a 1.9 PD octavia when a stop and the car is idleing it feels like it's chugging or it's running on 3 cylinders is this normal or should a be worried it's on a 07 plate and it's only done 89 thousand miles any advice would be great cheers

Thanks for that it seems like a lot of people r having this problem a don't no how true this is but ave heard that on tick over they do run on 3 cylinders it's all to do with fuel economy saving on fuel but true or false a just don't no.

The 1.9 is an old (but reliable) lump, certainly no fuel saving systems on it as advanced as cylinder shut-down.
