suspension kit

Featured Replies

Hi

Any recommendations or a suspension kit for a 2006 vrs.

I've seen kits from £300 for a spax kit upto a £1000.

I'm looking to spend between 450 to 750.

Thanks

I would strongly advise against buying Spax.Defective rear dampers.Changed them twice.Running FK in the back now.No problems.

As mentioned the Bilstein B12 kit is a very good option, the ST by KW kit is also worth while considering and in my opinion one of the best all round kits out there.

Just out of curiosity, as I can't afford it (right now anyway), but what's the best option to improve comfort without sacrificing performance?

Hi octycal

I too have been reading up on various suspension upgrades and read the brilliant post by rob e on his Pepsi challenge h&r mono tube set up .This looks like the the direction I will also go as I would rather go for quality and save up and pay the extra and get it right first time as it's taken me all year to save for this upgrade.

My vrs is the fl 2012 diesel estate on 20000 miles and would appreciate Any advice on the best place to buy the H&R mono tube coil overs and are there any other parts Needed for this as my car is at present completely standard
