I've currently got 35w HIDs fitted in my mk2 vrs and they've been coded in to remove the bulb warning. Do you think I might encounter any issues if I upgraded these to the 55w kits?

 

Any thoughts?

Personlly I would stick with the 35W kit.

 

There have been (albeit) a small amount of complaints about fried BCM / CCM modules and wiper motors when using the high power kits.

Ahh ok. I did a quick search and there doesn't seem to be much said about the 55w kits, a few have them fitted but most have 35w.
