Remote Control Question

Featured Replies

Got the battery replaced today as the remote was not operating on all buttons.

However my new battery still does not enable the remote to work on all buttons- the door unlock button is still not working. Inserting the key in the lock is fine for unlocking. The lock button and the boot unlock is OK. Any ideas or is the fob faulty?

The spare remote fob is working fine on all buttons and will use that as my default.

My unlock function failed today as well, it would only lock and release the boot catch.

When the button on the remote was pressed there was no flash from the red led.

Changed out the battery led flashed, Car unlocked.

Does your led flash when any of the buttons are pressed?

Maybe try another battery, before going down the faulty keyfob route.
