Daytime running lights question?

Featured Replies

Just recently got my monte and was wondering if there's anyway that you can keep your day time running lights on all the time?

Normally when you turn your lights on the daytime will switch off is there anyway to have them both running at the same time?

Welcome to the forum.

They are too bright to be on as DRLs (Daytime / Daylight Running Lights)  when the Head Lights and Sidelights are on.

If you want DRL's on in poor Visibility or Lighting Up conditions at the same time as Sidelights & Dipped  Beam you will need them to Dim.

It would make it look like you have fogs on all the time. I always get flashed in the vrs as ppl auto assume that I have fogs as the drls are low down

I've turned mine off, they're not LED so look a bit pants imo. Also looked a bit pants when i changed them to LED bulbs so i just turned them off completely. Prefer the vRS ones but oh well.
