Hi all, can anyone please tell me which rear suspension parts could benefit from renewal on a high mileage Superb ?

Recently changed all the obvious parts, wondering now about subframe bushes, rear axle bushes etc...

My mechanic insists my subframe bushes don't need changing and he's never had to change any, a bit of reading suggests otherwise, can anyone advise on what to buy and anything to avoid ?

Recently had all new shocks, springs, ctrl arms, car feels 98% good but rear on passenger side has a knock I just can't get rid of.
