Bolero to Amundsen 315+

Featured Replies

Wanting to replace Bolero hu in my 2010 FL Octavia with Amundsen 315+ is it a straight swap apart from addition of GPS antenna? What will I need for phone function to work? Currently have a parrot mk9200 set up wanting to do away with that and add nav facility to my car.

ive just swapped my Swing out for the Columbus. All i did was add a GPS antenna (its stuck on the inside of the glovebox) and it worked.

But then i did need to change the coding on VCDS so it sounded less like i had £2.50 speakers in (when actually ive got £250 upgraded Audison ones) and coded it in so it works with the Maxidot.

im still not 100% happy with the sound tbh. The swing sounded much better.. but ive got fed up on relying on other people for VCDS, so im awaiting delivery of my own haha. i still think it can be coded better..

Cant help with the bluetooth, as the Columbus doesnt have it.
