Hello. I have a Fabia 1.4 MPI 50kw (engine code AME). While doing regular car work/inspection, I noticed that the excess fuel return line has been removed. Having researched online, I've found out it should be a blue hose leading from the charcoal filter to the fuel pressure regulator. But in my car, there is no hose around the pressure regulator, and from the charcoal filter there is about 50cm of a black hose which was sealed off at the end using a bolt and a hose clamp. Hello everyone We have a 2014 Skoda Fabia 105 TDI with 130,000m on the clock. On a recent trip back from France driving along at about 70mph we suddenly lost power with juddering and the ignition coil flashing. We pulled over, waited a bit and restarted the engine and all was well. We then continued on our way without problem for another 200-250km. The car had been overdue for its major service (variable intervals) and so the oil was 12,000m old by this time. We have since had it serviced by

I have previously commented on lane assist being a problem but this morning it came very close to causing an accident. I was following a friend and neighbour on the first part of our respective journeys to work. The road is subject to a 60mph limit. I was doing just on 40. He turns right and pulls into the right turn lane provided so there is plenty of room to pass on the nearside. Well, I've had my 74 reg karoq (1.5 SE-L) for three weeks now. Still adapting, I appreciate, but there are two areas which I'm especially uncomfortable with and where advice would be welcome: I find the DSG gear change really jerky and laggy - quite a contrast with my partner's Audi A3 DSG which is incredibly smooth - I'd have thought the gear change experience would be similar. The lurch and gear change noise when I push the pedal down gently when going uphill is very noticeable in particul
