I'm on a mission to upgrade my Mk2 Octavia 2.0tdi 140

She's in good condition but needs some love. Done tandem pump and an injector, everything else is in great condition.

So looking at a few bits and have a few questions if anyone can help?

1. Plan on remap, will gearbox and diff handle a hybrid turbo too or is it OTT?

2. Do the wheel arches handle lowering and 19" rims, considering loading?

Don't need a street machine just a loved, nice Octavia.

Got a remap quote £260, best price I found. Looking for nice rims.

no idea what you mean about diff since there is open differential in all modern cars with EDL

I've remapped my car myself so no idea about remap

I never upset balance of car so I never used 19" - I do not believe in placebo tuning ;-) I've got 17" and they fit in arch with little margin for rally driving ;-)
