Random things for sale: HD-DVD players + discs, Tablet accessories, Laptop

Featured Replies

Having a clear out of stuff from the loft - might be of interest to someone here before it all gets stuck on Ebay!

All prices include postage (except the laptop) but you're welcome to collect from Bristol/Bath border BS39 and I'll knock off a few quid.

1) Toshiba HD-EP30 HD-DVD player and SE-R0288 Remote.

The remote is not working, there is evidence of a minor battery leak so it may spring into life if the contacts are cleaned up. I've played 10 minutes of a random HD-DVD disc on the player and it functioned perfectly (using the remote from the other Toshiba I have for sale below). Not boxed.

3) Xbox 360 HD-DVD player

Bought this new, it has literally been sitting ignored on top of my 360 since then - maximum of 10 minutes use when I bought it and another 10 to check it works now. Comes in original box with supply and USB lead. I can't remember if it originally came with the multimedia 360 remote, but that is not included.

5) Manna UltraSlim case in brown - for Samsung Galaxy Note Pro or Tab Pro 12.2

I tried 3 cases, including the 'Poetic' one everyone seems to rave about but it was terrible. This brown case from Manna/Leicke is excellent - holds the tablet safe and adequately protects each corner but doesn't add too much bulk. Note as per the Amazon link it is listed as a 'clearance' item due to the magnet being too strong and causing the tablet to think the case has been closed - I only had this happen a couple of times and not more than I've experienced with other magnetic cases on other tablets. The case is in good condition - it has a natural 'aged' look to the brown finish.
I'll also include a generic cheap and cheerful black swivel case similar to this:

6) Arkon 12" tablet mount (suitable but not specifically for the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro or Tab Pro 12.2 i.e. any tablet smaller than these monsters)

Good condition, used to mount my Note Pro to my treadmill.

Price: £18

7) Samsung bluetooth keyboard EE-CP905 in white.

Great design and works well with the Note Pro - designed to double as a hard case but being bluetooth will work with other tablets. Perfect condition, used for 10 minutes max. Note this is a US layout keyboard. Unboxed, just the keyboard itself.

Price: £35

8) Compaq Presario CQ56 laptop (CQ56-112SA)

64-bit 2.3 ghz AMD V140 processor, 15.6" screen, 320gb Hard drive, 3gb RAM, DVD writer, ATI HD 4250 Graphics, Webcam, Fresh, legal install of Windows 7 followed by an upgrade to Windows 10 (which can easily be reverted back to Windows 7 if you don't like it). Few scuff marks to the case, 1 rubber foot missing from the bottom and the battery doesn't hold charge - all works fine from the mains though. Battery available on Ebay for £10. I'd probably rather not post this one given the condition, come and have a look if interested.

Price: £85
