My car is serviced by a Skoda dealer in Eastbourne, in few weeks time we will be moving to Essex. Question is do your records get picked up by new dealer on the Skoda webs,  or do they rely on the service book.

It should be in their system. New Škodas (not sure when it started) don't get issued a service book.
