Hello folk's,

my dash display completely disappeared yesterday, any one know why? Its the one that displays fuel, temp, mpg, ect??

It came back on after restarting the ignition..

Have you recently cleaned/wiped it with a cloth? This often causes a dash display to go off due to static.

No.

That will be a faulty dash cluster then, pretty common and changed a fair few. Iirc the cause is a software glitch.

used to get this on my roomster, if I pushed a little to hard bottom left or right LCD when cleaning it went blank until I restarted the car

 

first few times I thought OH SH!t, then got used to it
