Anyone know of a cutter that can change mats from slot clips to circular clips? Tried using a scalpel but it's not that successful

What about a drill piece & drilling hole ?

Do you have a dremmel? I think you could also do it with one of them, might be a bit easier to control one of them as they normally have more selections for rpm

To be honest I don't really fancy either solution offered so far, as I think with my skills it will look like a dog's dinner!

They can't have part numbers for mats with slot and bayonet type of mat fixings??
