Wow! That almost seems too cheap to be true! I have a Chinese Android head unit (eononGA5153), which is a dead fit & looks OEM. Mine was nearer £300 though. Everything works fine except the radio. It's crap! Poor sensitivity & no RDS, although it claims to have.

Problem with sourcing direct from China, is after sales service. Effectively you have none. If you have to send it back for service, the chances are kiss it goodbye. Plus you have to pay the carriage.

But back to your unit. Looking at the pictures, it doesn't look an exact fit for the Fabia. The shape is wrong. Plus they describe it as a universal unit.
