Hi!

 

I have a 2011 Octavia without Maxidot.  It currently has a Bolero unit however I am quite keen on listening to DAB radio, so my question is how easy is it to upgrade the unit to one that supports DAB,  is it just a head unit I need or do I require other components as well ?

I know it's far from ideal but I've simply purchased a personal DAB radio and plug it into the Aux Input socket in the Jumbo.. go for one with a built in battery though as they eat up even the best of Alkaline Batteries.. mine's gives about 5hrs of use between charges or run it of the power socket
