Hi all, I am new on this site and also with a skoda. I have a 61 plate skoda Fabia 1.2 greenline diesel. I blew an air hose to the inter cooler a few months back, part replaced with genuine part. Car has had coil light flashing ever since but car ran ok. Went into limp mode on Saturday and had it looked over by a mechanic who said mechanically the car is great. Booked a diagnostic appointment with a mobile mechanic yesterday who told me to spray Egr cleaner through the air system. He said try up to to cans and if not clean it manually. Since spraying the Egr cleaner the car is better than before but still not right so cleaning the Egr is next. Problem is I can't find the thing. Does anyone know where skoda have hidden it?

at the back of the engine, not sure how easy to get at, bit there was a reasonable bit of space if my memory is correct

 

pull the plastic cover off and have a look down the back
