CAN I REPLACED MY HEAD UNIT?

Featured Replies

I have just purchased a 2002 Fabia and it comes with the standard cassette player fitted.

Ideal I would like a CD player but want to keep it standard.

Can I fit a multiplayer CD or get a standard head unit with CD as a direct replacement?

If I need to fit an aftermarket one is there a way of fitting a double din size without much hassle?

This is the one that's fitted at the moment

Looks like the mk1 Fabia VRS had a CD player, maybe some other models too. I'd have thought it should be possible to swap yours with one of those.

I would still recommend an aftermarket heat unit though as it can give you other benefits like USB/Aux input and bluetooth for sub £100.

Excellent choice of radio station by the way!
