Without any vehicle details other than Fabia II it's hard to be specific but check the top/front edge of the gearbox, 2 pin plug.

2 pin plug, usually with 2 broken wires sticking out of it...

Not find switch revers light but find fuse only thinks for all,

solved it after change fuse 

That's great news. Glad you found the problem. Don't forget you can also speak to your Skoda dealer who will invariably be able to tell you exactly what you want to know regarding where the reversing light switch is. Most will help you out.
