Release date of RNS315, (Amundsen+), Western Europe V8

Hi,
Does anyone know when RNS315, (Amundsen+), Western Europe V8 maps were released?
I can't find this info, and am trying to figure out if I'm better of waiting for the next release.

There has been a wave of recent speed limit changes in Sweden, (mainly downwards), and it would be nice to be able to put some more trust in what the navigation displays.
Before, you could kind of tell by looking at the nature of the road if the limit was 30, 50, 70, 90 or 110 [km/h].
Nowdays, not only are 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110 and 120 [km/h] frequently used speed limits, but they are also often put way lower than what the roads were designed for.
