Interior lights gone, fuse location.

Featured Replies

Evening guys,

New owner here, a week ago I took delivery of a moon white L&K estate DSG and loving it. Replaced a 2.2 Mazda Sport estate company car and its like chalk and cheese. I knew the Suplerb was going to be good but never this good!

Anyway a little problem, the interior and boot lights have gone for some reason and it's looking like a simple fuse but can I hell find the fuse or location, read the owners book but can't find it.... HELP?

Can anyone help please.

Download the pdf version.

According to it:Fuse: 43       "Xenon headlights, interior lighting"

Located "behind" your storage compartment.

According to the manual, you should have also lost your Xenon headlights.

If that doesn't fix it...off to the dealer

Stupid question from me here - presumably it's not that the interior lights switch has been turned off (on the ceiling switch)?

The fuse box is located behind the glovebox, you need to drop the glovebox down to access it, this is easy to do if you follow the instructions in the handbook.

Did you resolve this issue? I have the same problem.

Me too, did you resolve?

Hi, no I didn't.  It cost me £110 for Skoda to check. ( one hour) They couldn't find anything.  Said it could be a loose wire. They would have to remove the linings to check with no guarantee of finding the problem.

I have a theory it MAY be linked to the previous owner hard wiring the dash cam. I may ask an auto electrician to look at it. Maybe a cheaper hourly rate than Skoda.
