  1. No, you shouldn't hear noises, especially during engagement.
  2. The DSG has never been good in low rpm switching, especially 1-2 on diesels due to the high torque they have. But you should rarely notice this. You can do the adaptation described in this post on your own risk - there is no process for low or high speed driving :) But again, I suspect that the service center already did it.
  3. @Khadar I would return back to the service center if issues occur 900 km after their intervention. They should have done the DSG Adaptation after clutchpack and mechatronic replacement.
  4. @Binx1310 Have you checked your car for the Airbag Recall? Maybe this is the right time to visit a dealer :) https://www.skoda.co.uk/owners/recall-campaigns They've changed the airbag of my Octavia 2016 two years ago.
  5. @nick6262 @Kosin Shame or not, I have to say I didn't know the passenger seat can be folded on S3. I'm with electric driver seat and manually-adjustable passenger's. So most likely I can do it as well.
  6. Can you put one of the wider hoses or it doesn’t fit in the whole of the dipstick? I have similar if not the same pump and I usually try to put the widest possible hose. Also try to lift the hose slightly once the bottom is hit, and move the hose up and down a little while the pump sucks the oil. PS: I don’t have the same engine. So I hope that my suggestions aren’t completely useless πŸ˜€
  7. You might be right about that. But don't forget that in Bulgaria(and most of the Balkan countries), if a policeman stops you, he'll always find something to fine you 🀣
  8. @Taipan a bit off-topic but when I had written this, I thought that my suspension is soft and bouncy because my car has reached 100k miles. Then i bought a brand new Superb Scout and it's having the same soft and "bouncy" suspension from day one... So they are like that from the factory
  9. About the EU certificate, the unit is marked DIN EN 3, which is the harmonized European standard for portable fire extinguishers. Bulgaria accepts this standard as well. Greece requires a dry-powder extinguisher, minimum 2 kg, rated A/B/C and electrical up to 1000V, which this unit meets. It also marked as brand new factory unit β€œNeugerΓ€t” manufactured 2026. And it came with certification sticker for validness till June 2028, even thought Greek laws require FE re-certification every year. Looks promising, but hopefully, no confirmation from Greek laws will be required 🀣
  10. The 2 kg fire extinguisher arrived and fits just fine in the right side storage compartment in the trunk, held with the factory belt. I can close the compartment and leave my trunk space free πŸ˜„ Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. Since that FE model Gloria 2 kg P2GM isn't available in every country, for other guys wanting similar fit, look for a model with these dimensions: Height β†’ 322 mm (you cannot go more than that!) Width β†’ 111 mm (there is some room for more, but just a little) Depth β†’ 145 mm (same as above) Diameter β†’ 110 mm (maybe 115 would be the max) )
  11. I hope it will acceptable in all EU countries if it's verified in any EU country. Otherwise what's the point of the EU? Except the currency which doubled the prices.. πŸ˜’ Where do you verify your FEs? I plan to visit this place because it's relatively close to my work https://solti.bg/
  12. Maybe "under the seat" will be my option B - it looks neat btw, good job! I don't have sub and I have a small belt on the right pocket, holding the current 1kg extinguisher. I've ordered this Gloria 2kg Fire Extinguisher made in Germany(not because it matters these days.. :D ) but with a bit shorter than the standard Tornado and other local brands sold in Bulgaria. I did this with the hope that it will fit and will be held in the right pocket with the built-in belt. Should arrive some time next week and I'll provide an update. Even if it doesn't fit, I like it more than the local options in Bulgaria. EDIT: Here is what I've ordered https://www.ebay.de/itm/224461083893 (I'm having some bags there as well :D )
  13. Thanks @leolito ! I was thinking about the boot "pockets" since on the estate there is plenty of room there. Btw are you going to buy also a first aid kit meeting the "DIN 13164" standard?
  14. Hey guys, I need to keep a 2kg fire extinguisher in my car due to legal requirements in Greece and I’m trying to figure out the best mounting spot. My main concern is securing it properly so it doesn’t rattle or move around while driving. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s dealt with this β€” where did you mount yours, and did you use a dedicated bracket or holder? Any tips on keeping it secure without damaging the interior would be great. Thanks in advance!
  15. Thanks @Dave77 , so it's good to be reported and documented by the dealer then. Yours sound good, mine is more like an old door squeaking
