Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. The heater in my skoda octavia (2 zone climate elegance) is not working. I changed the blow heater but there is no air coming out of the vents even though the blow fan is working. Any help would be appreciated

This sounds a lot like stuck vent flaps in the mixer box. I think this can be confirmed with VCDS, and with Climatronic there's a procedure you can run to exercise and test them all.

Thanks for your help. I forgot to mention that when I turn on the car ignition with the heater off, I can hear a noise behind the glove box that I think might be a vent flap motor. When I took out the glove box to see if the blow fan was working or not, the noise sounded like it was coming from a vent flap motor.
