SD cover picture problem

Featured Replies

My 2006 fabia ambiente 1.9 td will soon be replaced in March with a fabia 1.2 sel which has the  cd replaced with a SD slot.

I have copied cd's onto a SD card with no problems when used in a demo car at the garage the card lists the tracks

and plays FLAC which sounds great. My problem is it does not show cover picture having tried several programmes

with either showing a yellow folder or a white image of the SD card. Even tried changing yellow folder icon to a cover

picture icon still no good.

Can anyone help please.

Joe

You image file may be too large. Try replacing it with a smaller one (file size, not image) :)

All mine are 500x500 and display fine

Use mp3tag and replace existing covers it's a great programme

Pulls all the artwork from Amazon

Well spent two hrs Thursday and two again today with two journeys to the garage to try SD and no success.

Guess I'll wait until new car arrives and try again saves a 16 mile.

Thanks for the help Malcster

If you want you can post me the SD card and I'll do it and post it you back

I'll test it in mine prior to posting it back

Just do a backup prior to posting

Let me know and I'll PM my address over

Many thanks for the offer Malcster

Now I know it can be done and what to use I will look on it as a challenge to work it out.

Will let you know If and when I crack it.

Cheers Joe

Good luck

If you want a guide email over using mp3tag let me know

Offer is always there if you need me to do it instead
