Active Sub Enclosures

Featured Replies

Following on from my quest to get more bass in my audio install without installing a full size sub in the boot, I'm now looking at active sub enclosures.

I'm looking at the:

ALPINE SWD-1600

INFINITY BASSLINK

PIONEER TS-WX22A

I think i'm leaning towards either the Alpine (as it will complement my Head Unit) or the Infinity as I've always liked their stuff especially as they're owned by Harman.

Does anyone else have experience or recommendations in this field?

Cheers

I have the alpine SDW-1600 and I think it's excellent. I have the gain turned to less than half and it fills in the bass very nicely.

Mine's installed in the boot of my Octy as there wasn't room under the seats.
