Has anyone here bought their car online? If so who did you use? Were you happy?

There seems to be some good savings to be made but I am a bit suspicious, I always feel with things like this that there has to be a catch somewhere.

As some of you know I have been looking at a Fabia vRS and a Fiesta ST (sorry!) and have found some great deals online. I've even found the Focus ST at

Used Buyacar.com for my Octy vRS. Made a good saving, but their service was absolutely cr@p!

In the process of buying a vRS from drivethedeal, ordered online within a couple of days contacted by a skoda main dealer to say i would be dealing with them, car was ordered, and payment due on delivery. dtd took credit card to guarentee/ facilitate deposit which dealer actions. Heard lots of good things on here about dtd before ordering, but ddon't accept px and dealer will only give auction value as vsmall profit with this discount. Can't have it allways!
