Hey all,

Got myself a 2015 Superb Executive at the weekend with only 5K miles on it, so happy bunny

Looking around online this place seems to have all the answers, so guess your stuck with me for a while.

Be prepared for all the stupid questions

Welcome! Great purchase you've made there . Mileage is tiny though - is it a diesel?

Yes a 2L diesel. From paperwork looks like it was a company car that just was never used. Only problem the independent garage I bought it from have misplaced/lost the service history from it. They say it was serviced with them prior sale so am hoping they have it and forgot to put it back in car.

Popped into local Skoda place last night and they have no service records for it so fleet place will have serviced it in house. Though Skoda do have a record of it coming in for recall work.

Think I'll give it a Skoda service anyway for peace of mind

Hello winterwolf welcome to the skoda forum yes the right thing is to get it serviced only done 5 k not to much to worry about .

Recirculating Button not working

Have come to use the A/C for the first time this past week and noticed that pressing the button for the recirculating air doesn’t appear to work. Button presses but nothing happens it doesn’t light up and stays off Also through the media center doesn’t do anything, wondering if anyone has come across this before? Or is it a trip to Skoda?

Hi all, finally got around to getting some new shoes ordered for the girl. I'm getting a set of Hankook Ventus Evo K137 235/45 ZR18 98Y XL put onto the Pegasus alloys. I was considering changing out the locking wheel nut for just a regular nut? Which then prompted the second question, I picked up a set of Alcar 9021 17inch Steelies for Winter Tyres, do I need to run seperate nuts due to the alloy v steel nature? What it says on the tin, really; recently my oil warning light came on, flashed a few times, made a really loud intermittent beeping sound, and then turned off again. This happened several times during a journey, but actually stopped after a little while. I checked the oil level, and its fine, so I reckon it's an issue with the oil pressure sensor/switch (I did get an OBD tool, but that came up as no error codes, so I'm really in the dark here). Hi wonder if anyone on here can confirm I have the right part number for front springs. PR code in boot is 2UA/L07 and from LLLparts diagrams I get 1K0411105AQ. No paint marks on broken one plus looks like 1x pink,1xorange,1xblue on good one. LLL parts say also marked with 1 x grey and 4x blue which I don't have unless they mean pink,orange,blue or grey blue blue blue blue? Again seems to be quite a few to choose from. Any help welcome Alasdair
