Interior light works if i turn it on from inside the car but doesn't turn on automatic when i open any door. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Have you put the slide switch into the correct position? Normally there are 3 positions: OFF, ON all of the time, ON when the doors are open, then a timer after the doors are closed.

Yeah i have double checked switch position. It's in the right position.

Could be a fault with the door open switch in the lock or the wiring to it. A scan with VCDS would tell more.

Thanks getting it serviced next week, will get them to do a scan.
