When i press the button on the key to open the boot the hatch its just bouncing out from the lock and will not open like on this clip. Is there something that i need to adjust?

I'm assuming your question is referring to the boot section only (as in this video) and not the full hatch opening, as the struts won't push the hatch open without manual assistance.  As I'm sure you're aware, the boot isn't automatic as such (well not in an electric way) unless you have an electrically operated version.  The struts will usually make the boot section open when you press the button - just based on simple hydraulics.  However, if it is particularly cold or damp, this may not always happen and it will just 'bounce out from the lock' as you put it.  You could also have an issue with the boot struts.  Does the boot stay open on its own when you do get it open or does it fall back down by itself.  If that is the case then you may have a strut issue.  I had to have mine replaced on my last Superb.  Also, will it open okay if you use the button on the boot as opposed to the key?

Sorry that the question was a bit misunderstanding. okay, today it was raining, so mabye its therefore. Yes, the boot stays open on its own. If i open it manualy by pressing the button and touch the boot a little it open as normal :)
