Retro EV and why not?

Featured Replies

Because it's not retro but ugly, and it's a cramped Golf anyway.

Not in the front it is not, more spacious than a Golf yes.

You mean I could wear a top hat in the front? It's not a sartorial choice that I'll ever make, but that's about the only use I can see for more headroom.

Only in your eyes . lol

Maybe they put the battery where the fuel tank used to be.:crying:

Doesn't look too bad, actually. Not my personal cup of tea, but I can see the appeal.

People are always complaining of cars all looking the same. A Modern Beetle can be fun IMO. Owning an Original like an Original proper MIni a nightmare as a daily drive.

My Toyota iQ was a hoot with room for driver and passenger and the 'odd' rear passenger or just luggage.

(Another rather wide car with huge doors and a PITA in confined parking spaces or when parking and getting out & in on a ferry.)

Now there are less and less 3 doors  hatch backs available, or proper coupe or 2 + 2 little ones.

There are people that just want 2 seaters with space for luggage and 'a not slim couple of people.

Getting in and out a Porsche, Audi Roadster can be a joke, and something like a GT86 / BRZ, MX5 / Abarth / Abarth 500 a no no.
