A lot can happen in 2years , Brexit, especially the actions of governments on their total reversal on diesels future, scrappage scheme jointly agreed by manufacturers and governments worldwide. Not all under the control of corporate executive directors, VW included. So the manufacturers have to be fast on their investment feet and formulate the future direction.
