Error Message when trying to update Sat Nav Maps

Hi all,

When I go to SKODA's update portal, and enter my VIN (in order to update my maps, which I've successfully done a few times in the past), I'm getting the following error message...

[CdbError, -10005: Vstupní XML není validní ( cvc-pattern-valid: Value 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' is not facet-valid with respect to pattern '([0-9A-HJ-NPR-Za-hj-npr-z]{17})?' for type 'TVIN_empty'. ).]

where xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is my VIN.

I've tried using different browsers. No joy.

Anyone got an alternative link to the November 2017 Ambudsen maps?
