I have just started having poor quality when using calls over car play if I unplug the wire and use Bluetooth the quality is much better.

 

Has anyone else experience this any ideas?

Yes the same with ios 11.3

Are you have the same problems I think you might be right just from 11.3 can go back with iOS ?

Apple have stopped signing earlier versions of iOS so you can't revert back unless you jailbreak your iPhone.

Ditto - this has started happening for me since the 11.3 update.  Bluetooth is fine, carplay is unusable for calls.
