Old alpine cda-9847r ai-net questions

Hi folks ive had the above head unit for ages and have decided to install that instead of my 2din android unit (radio crap on android one) and have ordered and ai-net aux adapter for it. I know you can get apple connectors for it but is there any way to connect android phones to it and be able to control spotify ect through the unit?
