Hi there All,

Newbie here, i imported a couple of lhd škodas into the uk before czech joined eec, then also exported them back to the czech rep - also before it joined eec.

After all that hassle we still have one of the cars and the other is used by one of our mechanics.. here in czech.

I am now surrounded by these cars as we have a car/truck/tyre service centre.

My signature isnt a commercial - I cant see me making ANY profit if I were to help anyone get some old parts! - so if it can stay then cool - hope it helps someone !

My daily driver isnt a škoda any more - but i liked being different when i had two lhd diesel felicias in the UK,

now these are too common and it is a real problem to find your car in the local supermarket carparks if it is a škoda!

Now, if a 4x4 skoda makes it into production i will reconsider making it my car of choice again.

yep, not a bad car, but still lacking ground clearance - when it snows i cant be bothered to shovel the whole driveway!
