Hi guys another issue with my octavia vrs Pd170 at around 2.5k on the revs till 3k is feels like its holding back then after 3k it flies as normal doest do it all the time but can catch me out 

 

Does this turbo suffer from sticky vanes as my older 1.9pd had this quick squirt with Mr muscle sorted it but unsure if this turbo can be cleaned in this way?? 

 

If it's not this what else could it be?
