Just another flying car story

Can you see it taking off?....sorry for the pun

As the comments would suggest, it's not strong enough for road use surely and the price quoted to buy one, it seems an expensive toy to me.

If you’ve got one of everything I guess you’ll want one.

As a road car, to say it’s somewhat compromised is surely an understatement though.

I'd still rather have a PAL-V One...

Might work if you are a rich type with a big garage and live not too far from an airfield. But then you can probably afford a proper plane and storage for it making this a bit of a compromise too far.

The mind boggles at the legislative hurdles to start with.  I could only see it being entirely autonomous in flight control and navigation for mass market including a TCAS warning system.  I don’t know why they persist with such a compromised product.

I would settle for a Piper Warrior 11 ......relatively affordable and not compromised as an aircraft in order to drive on the road and park at a shopping centre etc.
