Yeah, but think of all the children we are killing with our toxic fumes...... Long as the preachy EV crowd can argue that, their arguments will trump anything, despite the fact that we're already heavily overpopulated and pushing unsustainable numbers.

The number of classics is infinitesimally small compared to the number of vehicles worldwide so despite their greater emissions their contribution to pollution levels is minute.

 

So IMHO there's no sensible environmental reason not to be allowed to keep them running (moving exhibits always have more meaning than static ones), but the costs of running them will inevitably escalate.
