I'm looking at replacing the Bolero (I think, see photo) Swing radio in my early 2015 Fabia, as the one in it doesn't do Mirrorlink (Which, going by another thread, wouldn't work anyway) or Android Auto.

 

However, I can't find any fascia kits for it, do they exist at all? I'd prefer getting a Sony or Pioneer head unit with Android Auto, instead of a Chinese Android head unit of questionable quality.

That’s the Swing unit, not a Bolero ( Bolero has 4 buttons each side of a larger screen) . 

Otherwise, I’ve no wisdom for you regarding different heads. 

Apart from the Chinese Android units, there is an Alpina unit I’ve heard mentioned. No more details, sorry. 

Do a search too, over on Octavia 3 section and the ICE section.
