Mod friendly Insurers ?

Featured Replies

Hiya all, just about to pick up a 2006 Fabia vRS, and intending on doing a few basic mods after a couple of months of ownership.

Can anyone recommend an insurer that charge a sensible increase for mods ? Currently with Direct line.

Cheers.

RBW.

i used zurich. they made a balls up when insuring me with my tunning box and sent out the pice and details for a standard vrs. when i rung up to say they had sent docs sayin it was standard they said for the box would be an extra 200 quid. i said the 610 i was quoted on the phone was with the box on. anyway they investigated it and said they had made a mistake, so i got insured with the box on for £610!! that was a good day! lol

I'm with Greenlight and they are mod friendly as are chriss knott i beleive

most carry a 25% knock on wotever the mod.
