The cluster shows “No entries available”. This started a week ago. Is it a fault or has my wife pushed a button by mistake?

Sounds like it's on the "vehicle status" screen. Press the "back" button on the steering wheel and select the option you normally have (I guess the trip computer information) - should sort you right out
