Swap my 18" Bragas for your 17" Ratikon

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

My Dad is shortly taking delivery of a brand new Karoq but realised the Braga 18s cannot take all season tyres... e.g. Michelin CrossClimate.

I was wondering if anyone would be prepared to do a free swap for my Dad's Braga 18s for your unmarked, nearly new Ratikon 17s.

Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks!

Colin

They can take all season tyres, but I can’t think of any in that size, plenty of winters though

There is an all season in the 225/50 R18 which is on 4x4

Well I (and he!) would be very grateful if you know of any all season tyres (i.e. that have winter classification line CrossClimates).  We did a search and couldn't find any that fitted the 215/50/18 profile...

Cheers

Interesting, on the Skoda parts website here it says the Braga wheels are only suitable for 225s for 4x4, not 4x2... any idea why?

I was going to try the Continentals on my Yeti but the company who I've used for years hadn't got them on their system and said that it was harder to get hold of them now that they had moved their operation out of this country.

Originally I was going to go for the Cross-Climates so went with them. Still had to be ordered in though. Whilst I'm happy with the Cross-Climates I wish I'd pushed the company a bit harder now with regard to the Contis. Especially as I've just Googled it and can't find anything about them moving out of the UK.
